Carla Frayne
Director
Integral Solutions is coordinated by Carla Fotev (nee Frayne), Consultant Psychologist (Registered). Carla is highly motivated to make a difference by enhancing the positive wellbeing of all employees and in promoting healthy, vibrant and productive workplaces. She is a firm believer in the principles of positive psychology and applies such to all programs and interventions. Carla has specialised in employee professional development programs and workplace issue interventions for nearly twenty years. She conducts interventions, training and development programs for a wide range of government, local government and corporate sector organisations across both Australia and New Zealand. Her experience extends to conference presentations such as at the 'Making of Me' (Lunchbox List). An experienced psychologist Carla has particular skills in dealing with complex situations and providing training and interventions in the areas of personal counselling, critical incident management, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, bullying and harassment, workplace grievance issues, effective management skills, performance management, management coaching, change management, diversity management, organisational behaviour, risk management, and neuropsychology.
Carla holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Diploma of Education, Master of Educational Psychology, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has partially completed a Masters in Business Administration. In addition to her formal qualifications, Carla has undertaken specialised training in schema focused therapy, EMBR, brief strategic therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mediation, positive psychology, workplace investigation skills, peer support training, critical incident management, and cross cultural counselling. She is published in the areas of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and neuropsychology. Carla is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation Australia, and a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In 2008, Carla was afforded the honour of being appointed as a Director and Deputy Chairperson of the Board for Stirling Skills Training Inc. This organisation trades as Jobs West, and seeks to increase participation rates in education, employment and sustainability for individuals and communities.
In 2010, Carla was appointed to the Management Committee of CISMFA.
Carla is one of only eleven speakers in Western Australia to be recognised nationally and internationally as a professional speaker. She holds the designation of a Professional Member (PM) of the National Speakers Association Australia. Carla also serves on the NSAA WA Chapter Leadership Team.
Lara Mateljan, Registered Psychologist
Lara is a Registered Psychologist holding a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently completing a Master of Psychology. She is experienced in providing counselling services to individual and couples, critical incident response services, consulting services and training services to organisations in the areas of workplace support services, conflict resolution, workplace conduct, psychological assessment and mediation. In addition to her skills as a psychologist, Lara has a background in community development in the local government sector where she was carried out needs analysis and implemented strategies to address the needs identified within different sectors the community. The work involved facilitating professionals and community members to work in a collaborative and inclusive way to establish and maintain a wide range of services. Lara has a particular interest in understanding the interplay between the health and wellbeing (physical, psychological and social) of individuals in the workplace and the broader impact this has on families and communities.
Susan Woodworth, Registered Psychologist
Susan is a Registered Psychologist who has successfully worked with both individual and organisational clients in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her expertise allows her to tailor and design programs and interventions to suit multifaceted situations. Susan holds a Masters of Organisational Psychology, Diploma of Education in School Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma with Advanced Specialisation in Rehabilitation Counselling. Susan has most recently worked as an Organisational Development Consultant conducting needs analyses at the strategic level with the Executive Management level of organisations. She has a background in working with children with disabilities and children with emotional/behavioural difficulties within an educational setting. She assists individuals to understand and identify their aims for the future and collaboratively works with them to achieve these goals. Susan is experienced in developing and facilitating customised workshops and training programs in the areas of individual counselling, performance management, team building, critical incident management, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, assertion training, mediation, and stress management programs. Susan also conducts psychological profiling for selection and development, career coaching and workplace intervention services. As a practitioner, she is passionate about making organisations more productive while ensuring individuals are able to lead physically and psychologically healthy lives, and has a particular interest in developing resilience and coping strategies that contribute to psychological well-being.
